After booking, we’ll contact you with a detailed overview of our available routes. Once you choose your preferred experience, we’ll send you the exact meeting location.
Cancellation Policy
🚴♂️ Cabo Rojo Bicycle Tours – Policy We want your ride through the natural beauty of Cabo Rojo to be fun, safe, and smooth. Please take a moment to review our policy before your tour: 1. Safety First – Proper Footwear Required For your protection, riders must wear closed-toe shoes such as sneakers. Sandals or open-toe footwear are not permitted, and guests who arrive wearing them will not be allowed to participate. 2. Age & Bike Availability At this time, we do not provide bicycles for children. All participants must be able to ride a standard adult mountain bike comfortably. 3. Arrival Time To keep tours running on schedule, we kindly ask all guests to arrive 15 to 25 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows time for check-in, gear fitting, and safety briefings. 4. Weather-Related Refunds We ride rain or shine, but if weather conditions become unsafe due to rainstorms or other severe events, we will issue full refunds. 5. Date Changes Need to reschedule? No problem—just give us a call at least one day in advance, and we’ll help you find a new date that works -------------------------------------------------------------- 🚴♂️ Cabo Rojo Bicycle Tours – Política Queremos que tu paseo por los hermosos paisajes de Cabo Rojo sea seguro, divertido y sin complicaciones. Por favor, revisa nuestra política antes del recorrido: 1. Seguridad Primero – Calzado Adecuado Obligatorio Por tu seguridad, los participantes deben usar zapatos cerrados, como zapatillas deportivas. No se permiten sandalias ni calzado abierto. Los invitados que lleguen con este tipo de calzado no podrán participar. 2. Edad y Disponibilidad de Bicicletas Actualmente no ofrecemos bicicletas para niños. Todos los participantes deben poder manejar cómodamente una mountain-bike estándar para adultos. 3. Hora de Llegada Para garantizar que los recorridos inicien puntualmente, pedimos que todos los participantes lleguen entre 15 y 25 minutos antes de la hora programada. Esto permite tiempo para registrarse, ajustar el equipo y recibir instrucciones de seguridad. 4. Reembolsos por Condiciones Climáticas Realizamos los recorridos bajo sol o lluvia, pero si las condiciones climáticas se tornan inseguras debido a lluvias fuertes u otros eventos severos, emitiremos reembolsos completos. 5. Cambios de Fecha ¿Necesitas reprogramar? No hay problema. Solo llama con al menos un día de anticipación, y te ayudaremos a elegir otra fecha.
